Pete McLaughlin is a middle-aged dad who figured stand-up comedy is still cheaper than therapy—and arguably more effective (for him, at least). Blending sharp observations with unapologetic self-deprecation, Pete turns everyday struggles, questionable life choices, and borderline absurd personal stories into big laughs.
Whether he’s poking fun at family life, aging, or his own shortcomings, Pete delivers a relatable, high-energy set that invites audiences to laugh with him—or directly at him, he’s not picky. Performing all over New England and beyond, he’s on a mission to make people laugh… or at the very least, quiet the voices in his head for a little while.
